Teele Jacob Rashaba (Venter) is a South African Dancer who has founded a non-profit organisation by the name of Katlehong Footlockers Pantsula Dance Group. The motive behind this is to eliminate things that distract the youth of Katlehong, Johannesburg.

                                                                 

The most influence of the township is crime, drugs, teenage pregnancy, and lots of wrong habits in a township where almost every household is sinking into poverty lane.                                                                  

​Venter became part of the Swiss documentary Life In Progress by Irene Loebell. He started visiting Switzerland in 2015, and that's where he established himself in Pantsula dance teaching at Swiss schools and Universities. He was also invited to big Swiss festivals and a number of shows like Dance Xchange at Ramibühl Zurich by Elfi Schaefer-Schafroth.

Katlehong footlockers also came along and did wonders in such shows and .festivals like Buskers Bern, Zurich Theatrespektakel.
